sorry for kind of falling off the face of the earth over the weekend. As luck would have it, the same winter storm that put our state into a "state of emergency" decided to show its affection by . Since the only internet access I have at home is through dial-up, this pretty much royally screwed me over. I'm only online now because I managed to hitch a ride into town, which was an hour's treacherous drive away, and I'll be back to a phoneless house later this afternoon.
I really hope it won't take that long, but the phone company says that our service won't be restored until this Saturday night. Beyond that, I'm also heading out for a week-long trip on the 28th, and my internet access then will likely be nil. As of right now, I'm not sure when I'll be back.
